The Granville Suite $150 / Night + Tax
The Granville Suite includes a private Sitting Room. It is believed that this was the Master Suite occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon in the early 1900's. The Sitting Room served as Mrs. Sheldon's Dressing Room. Interesting items from the Granville area are placed about the suite. These include an original sketch of the Mansion, which is especially valued as a wedding gift to Marianne and Stephen from Nancy Moses Alexander. Nancy is the great-granddaughter of Grandma Moses. An old history book of the county lists the Sheldon Mansion as the number 1 place of interest in Granville. The Granville serves well as a private sanctuary. It is also very useful as a family suite where the children are secure in the Sitting Room and the parents have the privacy of their own room. |
